Ingredients for chocolate-filled cookies recipe

1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup powdered sugar
Half a glass of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of carbonate
3/4 cup of cocoa
3 cups flour
For chocolate sauce:

1 cup of melted butter
1/3 cup of cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cup powdered sugar
340 g condensed milk
For the above:

1/4 cup powdered sugar
How to make chocolate filled cookies

Whisk the sunflower oil and sugar with the mixer. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and water and continue to whisk. Add salt, carbonate and cocoa and mix. Mix the mixture thoroughly by adding flour.
For the chocolate sauce, pour the butter, cocoa, vanilla extract, powdered sugar and condensed milk through the blender for about 2-3 minutes until smooth consistency is achieved and set aside.
Cut pieces of walnut-sized pieces. Pour half a teaspoon of chocolate sauce into each piece and close and roll.
Place the powdered sugar in a spilled container. Dump each of the cookies in powdered sugar and roll them again and place them on the baking tray with a greaseproof sheet. Pre-heated 200 degrees in the oven for 6-8 minutes to cook. Serve after handling.
